Request Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Processing Time: Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

How to Request Deletion

1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Alliance Center app
Go to Settings
Tap "Delete Account"
Type DELETE to confirm

2 Email Request

Send an email to our support team with your deletion request:

Include in your email:
• The email address used for your account
• Your commander name (if you remember it)
• Confirmation that you want to delete all data

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your account information (email, commander name, user ID)
All alliances you created
All scheduled activities you created
Your membership records in alliances
All personal settings and preferences
Any other data associated with your account

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again. All your alliances and scheduled activities will be lost.

Alternative: Temporary Account Deactivation

If you're not sure about permanent deletion, you can simply stop using the app. Your data will remain secure and private, and you can return anytime. No action is required to "pause" your account.
